In November 2015, the American Company Microsoft unveiled their new Microsoft Lumia 950 XL with high specs, octa core processor, big screen, and high resolution camera.

Microsoft Lumia 950 XL is powered by Windows 10 and Cortana, your smart personal assistant, as it helps find your files, calendar, applications, and many other tasks. Note that Microsoft released one store for Windows 10 devices known as ‘Windows Store’.

It has a big, fast charging battery that can also be charged wirelessly, and a high resolution camera.

It operates on Continuum which is built-in in Windows 10 changing the mobile to a computer by connecting it to a screen, keyboard, and mouse through a special base designed for this reason.

Microsoft Lumia 950 XL dimensions are 151.9x78.4x8.1 mm weighs 165 grams, and is available in black and white colors.

It has an AMOLED 5.7 Inch screens with a resolution of 1440x2560 pixels and covered in a layer of Corning Gorilla 4 scratch and break resistant glass. This screen size is considered one of the big screens.

Microsoft Lumia 950 XL is powered by Windows 10 and an octa-core Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 processor made from two quad-core processors, the first is Cortex-A53 with a speed of 1.5 GHz, and the other is a Cortex-A57 with a speed of 2.0 GHz.

It has a 32 GB internal storage, 3 GB RAM, and the ability to add an additional Micro SD card (up to 200 GB).

Microsoft Lumia 950 XL has a rear camera with a resolution of 20 MP and an f/1.9 lens aperture, as for the front camera, it has 5 MP resolution and an f/2.4 lens aperture.

It also has a removable 3340 mAh battery lasting for about 288 hours when working on 3G and standby, but when it is on talking mode and 3G it lasts for 19 hours.

The battery can also be charged wirelessly, with fast charging capabilities reaching 50% in 30 minutes.

The phone is available in two models: one accepting one sim card and the other supporting two sim cards (dual sim). There is no notable price difference between the two models and its price ranges around 700 USD (500 JOD’s) in the Jordanian market.
